When did John Aniston pass away?
John Aniston, best known for playing Victor Kiriakis on “Days of Our Lives,” died Friday, his famous daughter Jennifer Aniston shared on Instagram Monday. He was 89.
In her post, she stated “Sweet papa… John Anthony Aniston
You were one of the most beautiful humans I ever knew. I am so grateful that you went soaring into the heavens in peace – and without pain. And on 11/11 no less! You always had perfect timing. That number will forever hold an even greater meaning for me now 🕊️I’ll love you till the end of time💔 ”
John Anthony Aniston was a Greek-born American actor. He was best known for his role as Victor Kiriakis on the NBC daytime drama series Days of Our Lives, which he originated in July 1985 and has played continually for 37 years. ~ Source Wikipedia
Saddened at his passing Days of our lives also posted a tribute video that quoted
“Our hearts are broken over the loss of our beloved family member John Aniston,” the series said in a statement on Twitter and Instagram. “We love you, John. Your legend will live on.”
Series co-creator Ken Corday also shared a statement with PEOPLE.
“It is with a heavy heart that we confirm the passing of one of our own — our beloved and legendary cast member and dear friend, John Aniston. It is unimaginable to think he won’t be stepping foot on our set again, but it’s comforting to all of us to know that he is at rest and no longer in pain,” the statement began.
