Ballarat police have escalated their search in their continued efforts to find missing Angela Tulloh.
Today, Search and Rescue police will join local officers along with the Mounted Branch, SES, Air Wing, and Special Solo Unit to search for the missing 44-year-old, who was last seen in Brown Hill on Monday 31 October at about 12.45 pm.
Police and family are concerned about Angela as she has a cognitive impairment and exhibits selective mutism which means she is unlikely to call out for help when needed.
Angela’s disability causes her to ingest non-food items, including petrol, alcohol, cleaning products, and medications, which causes unconsciousness.
Police are appealing for the community’s help to find Angela and ask people in the vicinity of Brown Hill, Black Hill, Canadian, and Ballarat East to check their properties, sheds, and garages for her.
Anyone who sights or with information about Angela is urged to call Triple Zero (000).
An official notice on their website Angela has brown eyes, shoulder-length dark brown hair, a fair complexion, and is around 150cm tall. She was last seen wearing a grey Oodie (a type of wearable blanket) and grey Ugg boots.
