When did Aaron carter die?
Singer Aaron Carter died Saturday at his California home, his rep told NBC News. He was 34.
Deputy Alejandra Parra with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said deputies were called to his home on Valley Vista Drive in Lancaster just before 11 a.m. and found “a deceased person.”
The pop star opened for Backstreet Boys on a number of tours and concerts and had a successful solo career that began when he was just nine.
TMZ.com has reported that the former pop star was found dead in the bath at his home in Lancaster, California after police received a 911 call at 11 am on Saturday.
Carter’s representatives at Roger Paul Inc told Sky News: “We are extremely saddened and shocked to confirm the passing of Aaron Carter today.
“At the moment his cause of death is being investigated.
“We ask that you give the family time and they will have more information when available.
Carter was also known for his roles on television shows such as “Lizzie McGuire” on Disney Channel and “7th Heaven,” which debuted on The WB Television Network. He also appeared on his family’s reality series on E! Entertainment Television, “House of Carters.”
In 2018, Carter released his final album, Love, to mixed reviews. The next few years were mostly occupied, from a public point of view, with controversies, and most notable feuds with his family; he accused two of his siblings, including Nick, of being abusive to him as a child. (Nick Carter later obtained a restraining order against his brother, claiming he’d expressed violent thoughts toward his wife.) Carter’s last major public appearances included a boxing match with former NBA player Lamar Odom, and a planned appearance in the Las Vegas musical revue Naked Boys Singing, which Carter has ultimately let go from, allegedly due to a refusal to be vaccinated for COVID-19.
