Adrian Carew and Cavel Carew made their court appearance before Magistrate Scarce at the Diamond Magistrate’s Court, where they faced charges related to trafficking 11.204 kilograms of cocaine.

Both individuals asserted their innocence during the proceedings.

Adrian Carew was remanded to prison following his plea, while Cavel Carew was granted bail set at GY$600,000. However, this bail arrangement includes the condition that Cavel Carew must report to the Custom Anti-Narcotic Unit (CANU) headquarters on a monthly basis.
