Clearwater, Florida – In a shocking turn of events, Nick Hogan, the son of two-time WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan, was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) earlier this morning in Clearwater, Florida.

According to reports from TMZ, Hogan was taken into custody after refusing to submit to a sobriety test. This incident brings back memories of a dark chapter in Nick Hogan’s past when, as a teenager, he was involved in a serious car accident in the same city. Fortunately, Hogan emerged relatively unharmed, but his passenger, John Graziano, suffered severe brain injuries. The Graziano family subsequently filed a lawsuit against the Hogans, which was ultimately settled out of court.

TMZ speculates, based on Hogan’s Instagram activity, that he may have been at his father’s restaurant on Friday night. The restaurant, located in the Clearwater area, hosted a bikini contest that evening.

As of the latest update from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, Hogan remains in custody with no information on his release. His bond has been set at $500.00.
