Mr. Kellon Adams, a 27-year-old construction worker residing at Lot 137 Marshall Street, Annandale, East Coast Demerara, found himself on the wrong side of the law after being arrested on April 8, 2023. He was subsequently charged on April 11, 2024, with the offense of Possession of Narcotics for the Purpose of Trafficking, a violation of Section 5 (i) a (i) of the Narcotic, Drug, and Psychotropic Substances (Control) Act 10/2010.

Appearing before His Worship Mr. A. Wilson at the Mahaica Magistrate’s Court today, April 11, 2024, Adams was formally charged, and he entered a plea of guilty.
