Two Teenage Suspects Arrested in Connection with Robbery Incident in Bel Air

Two teenage suspects have been apprehended by the police in relation to the alleged robbery with aggravation of a 15-year-old girl on March 16th, 2024, in Bel Air, Georgetown.
The first suspect, Neil Lynch, a 19-year-old mechanic residing at Lot 163 Curtis St. Albouystown, was arrested at approximately 17:30 hrs today by officers from CID 4A and Impact Base. During questioning, Lynch confessed to his involvement in the robbery and provided information about five other suspects. However, Lynch claimed he did not consent to the robbery but accepted $10,000 from the stolen proceeds.
Following Lynch’s statement, detectives proceeded to Cooper Street and Independence Boulevard, Albouystown, where they arrested a 16-year-old laborer. Although searches of their homes yielded no evidence, investigations are ongoing to locate the remaining suspects.
The police urge anyone with relevant information to come forward as inquiries continue into this matter.
