The Joplin Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person, Joshua Cowen.

• Name: Joshua Cowen
• Age: 43
• Gender: Male
• Race: White
• Height: 5’9”
• Weight: 220 lbs
• Last Seen Wearing: Bright orange and red windbreaker

Joshua was reported missing today from his residence near the area of 7th and Florida. It is important to note that he may have some medical disorders and/or mental disabilities.
