When did the Officers reunite the stolen poodle and car with the victim?

Reporting from the LBPD Last night, patrol officers noticed several people pushing a car that they quickly determined was a stolen vehicle just taken the previous day, along with the victim’s poodle that was inside the car. The investigation led officers to a nearby home where they found the suspect responsible for the crime in possession of the poodle. Officers arrested the suspect; rescued the poodle and later reunited him, and the stolen car, with his very happy and relieved owner.

The suspect was identified as Chantal Thompson, a 33-year-old resident of Long Beach who was arrested for one count of grand theft auto and one count of grand theft money/labor/property.
