The Special Organised Crime Unit (SOCU) has successfully apprehended Dave Rajeshwar Persaud, also known as David Persaud or Raj Persaud, following a Wanted Bulletin issued for his arrest. Persaud is currently in custody, and SOCU is urging individuals who may have been defrauded by him or anyone associated with him to come forward and provide information.
